  • The goal for the MGM Music Hall at Fenway Park was to create a brand-new, state-of-the-art performance venue that would become a driving force in making the neighborhood around Fenway Park destination for more than just Boston Red Sox games. MGM Properties called on Clair Global Integration (CGI) to help fulfill their futuristic vision.
  • Architects and consultants designed the building on an open, pie-shaped corner lot behind the stadium. All project teams worked in tandem to maximize the oddly shaped space. Part of turning this into a great performance venue meant considering how close to the stage fans could sit to give them unfettered sightlines. We worked the distance down to only 110 feet. There are also several private rooms – a Loge Bar, the Jim Beam Distillers Lounge, and a VIP bar for big ticket parties. CGI was responsible for the A/V installation and execution in these rooms and the entire venue.
  • The production process faced multiple challenges resulting from supply chain product availability, so our consistent challenge became tight timelines. A domino effect of challenges forced CGI to use ingenuity and expertise to get the job done. We were hired in March of 2022 and the install officially began in early June. A soft launch of the venue was earmarked with a tight timeline of August 12, 2022. In these trying situations the CGI team always shines by keeping a professional eye on the goal.
  • MGM Properties and Fenway were ecstatic about the results. Following the successful August 12th soft launch, Live Nation scheduled acts such as James Taylor, Chris Stapleton, and Bruno Mars to grace the new stage. Today our client’s bold vision for the MGM Music Hall at Fenway Park is a reality, attracting fans to the neighborhood for more than baseball.
